I’m passionate about inspiring individuals to think about their careers in a whole new way. Helping professionals be more successful in take their careers is what I do best I believe that when you’re clear about what makes you unique — your experience, skills and talents — you’ll have a clearer sense of your direction, new career doors will open, and you’ll better weather career ups and downs.
I create an inspiring and entertaining learning experience for groups. It’s so satisfying to watch the faces of the audience members when the light bulb goes off for them and they really “get” how they could manage their career differently. And while I aim to provide plenty of real take-home value, my style is also interactive and engaging.

About Stacey Lane
I love the challenge of working with professionals who are struggling with their careers. I am passionate about helping people discover their natural strengths, talents and abilities to create their own personal “brand.” I use an innovative and intuitive approach to help my clients make big changes and take career risks so they can move forward quickly.
I have a corporate background (15 years, to be exact). Before launching my coaching practice, I was the Director of International Operations for a large visual communications company. My corporate management experience gives me a wide-angle perspective, as does my Master’s in Training and Development.
My private practice is based in Portland, Oregon, and my clients live in all parts of the country. I work with professionals both inside of companies and individually. I received my professional coaching certification in 2003 through the Coaches’ Training Institute in San Rafael, California.
