Reinvention / Get Direction
Any successful transition starts with knowing yourself and getting clear about what’s unique about your background, your experience and your brand.
How well do you know yourself? If you’re considering a career change or feeling called to reinvent yourself, you’ve probably been doing some self-reflection and self-assessment. That’s an excellent start, but you probably have some blind spots. You have natural aptitudes or strengths you take for granted, and areas of interest you assume everyone else has (they don’t!!).
If you’re curious about how your natural interests and personality type translate to career options, I am a fluent translator. Wondering if there are other careers better suited to your natural aptitudes? Let’s assess your strengths so we can brainstorm some unique career options. Bottom line: An assessment can be a great place to start when considering any type of career shift.
Here’s where you get to benefit from my obsession with all things career-related. I’ve studied the options and thoroughly researched the best career assessments. And because I love to dig deep – I’ve done advanced training to administer and interpret the results so you can get the most out of your investment.

More information about YouScience®
(View YouScience® Sample Report)
Price: $199
The YouScience® assessment is built upon over 90 years of research by institutions and foundations across the globe. Now available in an online format, the assessment offers a reliable and valid measurement of natural abilities or “aptitudes” that align with satisfaction at work.
The assessment blends 16 dimensions across your unique aptitudes, interests and personality traits.
The reason why aptitudes are so important, and what distinguishes YouScience® from other assessments, is because while you may be interested in a particular career –such as being an orthodontist – you might lack spatial skills, which could limit your ability to do this career with ease.
What aptitudes are assessed? Many of these aptitudes describe how you think or solve problems such as inductive reasoning, sequential reasoning, numerical calculations and idea generation. Other aptitudes describe your leadership and team approaches such as generalist/specialist and timeframe orientation.
The YouScience® online profile takes about 2.5 hours to complete – with breaks in between the exercises so you don’t have to complete all at once.
