It’s more like personal/professional news I guess.

As a rather private person, it’s kind of weird that I’ve got a much more visible professional profile – I’ve had articles published, been interviewed a couple of times and have a website.

Next month, I’ll be listed in an upcoming book written by two well-known personal branding experts – William Arruda and Kristen Dixson. The book, Career Distinction: Stand Out by Building Your Brand, will be released on June 12, 2007. You can pre-order it on Amazon.com. I’ll be announcing it to my network – so stay tuned for a special offer.

Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not a big mention. I’m listed as a “Personal Brand Strategist” – someone who incorporates personal branding in with my career coaching work.

It’s small, but it’s still a thrill for me.
